Hello, I'm Chris and the ABLE Universe.

Chris Angilella lives in Port Richey​,​ Florida and is 27 years old. He is a kind​,​ genuine and creative person. Chris is a self-published author and advocate who has Autism; Asperger’s Syndrome. He has written and co-illustrated six books (Dotty’s Freckles​,​ SSS Simon Says​,​ Connor‘s Clever Shot​,​ Danielle‘s Beats​,​ Oakley‘s Sanctuary Friends​,​ and Speckled Delivery) with a seventh book coming this fall. His interest in drawing and developing stories began during his childhood as he would use pretend play as a way for him to express his thoughts and creativity. Through his books​,​ Chris has brought to life these characters and their storylines. He wants people to learn from them and to feel good about themselves. He wants others to know that they are exceptional. He wants to continue to help build confidence and assist those living with or without an exceptionality to know that they are capable to accomplish and can pursuit dreams. Chris wants to continue to inspire and encourage others through his message​,​ "We're all different let's embrace it!"
